We have secured a group discount for room booked at the Hotel Santa Fe and we want you to join us! All reservations for the Hotel Santa Fe must be made by May 31 to be eligibile for the group rate. All hotel accommodations are paid by you in advance.

Hotel Santa Fe

  • The Hotel Santa Fe

    Located in downtown Santa Fe, less than a mile from the Plaza, this four-star hotel features an in-house restaurant (Amaya), art gallery, full-service spa, swimming pool, and more. There is also free transportation from the hotel to the city’s main attractions.

  • Common Room for Family Gatherings

    At the Hotel, we will have a Common Room that will be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. People can gather informally, play games, do crafts, and have snacks. It will also be where some of the group meals occur. We are excited to have a place to gather and this hotel is the only local accommodation that includes this amenity. If we do not fill our minimum room quota, the Common Room will be an additional fee (~$800). Please book your room at Hotel Santa Fe so we can have this amenity included.

  • The Amaya Restaurant at Hotel Santa Fe.

    Family meals for the Opening Reception and Family Dinner will be catered by the hotel restaurant, Amaya, in our Common Room.
    The Restaurant is also open daily for public dining from 7–11 AM, 11:30 AM–2 PM, and 3–10 PM. To learn more about private dining and view the menus, visit hotelsantafe.com/amaya.

Hacienda Rooms

As part of our group rate, you can receive a discount on these specific accommodations at the Hotel Santa Fe. The Hacienda Rooms include daily breakfast and complementary happy hour drinks and snacks. These Hacienda rooms are very limited, so book now! The Hacienda Fireplace Room and Hacienda Suite are the only two included in our group rate.

Includes breakfast and free happy hour with drinks and snacks Reflecting the elegance and luxury of our Santa Fe hotel, our Hacienda Fireplace Rooms capture the spirit of our Native American heritage. These rooms are furnished with one king bed and features a spacious tile and granite bathroom with a walk-in shower, plush terry robes and slippers, and upgraded bath amenities. Traditional Rooms and Suites

As part of our group rate, you can receive a discount on these two specific accommodations at the Hotel Santa Fe: the Picuris Suite and the Standard King. These rooms are very limited, so book now! The Picuris Suite and Standard King Room are the only two included in our group rate.
